**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Controller to oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical accounting and financial analysis. **Duties:** - Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition - Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements - Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting - Research technical accounting issues for compliance - Support month-end and year-end close process - Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred - Proven working experience as a Controller or similar role - Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures - Experience with Xero and proficiency in GAAP, IFRS - Strong analytical skills for financial analysis and reporting - Prior experience in public accounting is a plus - Ability to perform account analysis and reconciliations - Expertise in general ledger accounting This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
